How to cancel your subscription

If you are on an active subscription, and you'd like to cancel, you can do this from your dashboard.

Cancel Subscription

1. Go to Your Billing Settings

From your dashboard, navigate to View Organization → Billing.

2. Open the Manage Plan Page

Click the Manage Plan button.
You’ll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted page, where you can manage your current subscription.

3. Cancel the Subscription

On the Stripe page, click Cancel Subscription
Confirm your cancellation when prompted.

Notes:  
- Once cancelled, you’ll retain full access to Simulations Labs until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again for this subscription in the next period.

- After your billing period ends, your paid plan will expire. You’ll still be able to access your organization and continue using Simulations Labs with limited functionality under the Free Plan.

Undo Cancellation

If you’ve cancelled your subscription but changed your mind, you can easily undo the cancellation before your current billing period ends.

1. Go to Your Billing Settings

From your dashboard, navigate to View Organization → Billing.

2. Open the Manage Plan Page

Click the Manage Plan button.

3. Undo Cancellation

On the Stripe page, click Don't Cancel Subscription
Confirm your action.

Your subscription will remain active, and your next payment will process as originally scheduled.
