Track Participant Quota Usage

You can easily track how many participants have been counted toward your quota during your current subscription cycle. This helps you monitor your usage and plan ahead for upcoming competitions.

Track Usage

To view your usage, go to the View Organization > Billing 

There, you’ll see:

1. Total quota included in your plan

2. Number of remaining participant slots

3. Participant Quota Reset Date
   
   

How the Numbers Are Calculated

Usage reflects the number of unique users who submitted at least one challenge during your active subscription cycle.

• For Teams Competitions, participants who only join but don’t submit are not counted.

• Returning users within the same cycle are only counted once.

• The counter resets automatically when your subscription renews.

When You Reach the Limit

If you reach your quota limit:

• New users (who haven’t submitted yet) will be unable to make submissions.

• Existing participants who already submitted can continue participating.
  You can either wait for your subscription to renew or upgrade your plan to allow more users to join.
