Change Your Plan

You can change your Simulations Labs plan anytime from your dashboard, depending on your organization’s needs.

1. Go to Your Billing Settings

• From your dashboard, navigate to View Organization → Billing.

2. Scroll to Choose your plan section

• Select the package you want to move to.

• You’ll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted page, where you can view and change your current subscription.

When you change plan:

• Your subscription cycle resets immediately.

• Your new plan starts right away.

• If you have unused participant quota from your previous plan, it will carry over and you can continue using it until the end date of your new subscription cycle.

Example:
You upgrade from the Basic Plan (40 participants) to a higher plan on October 10.
Your new cycle starts immediately on October 10, and you can still use any remaining participant quota from your previous plan.
