Once you've created your competition, you may want to share it with your target participants. Here's how you can do that based on your competition's visibility settings.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Competitions Tab
From your manager dashboard, click on the Competitions tab in the left sidebar.
You’ll see a list of all your competitions. Find the one you want to share.
2. Check the Visibility Setting
Each competition has a visibility setting that controls who can access it. There are three options:
Public: Anyone with the link can enroll—ideal for open competitions.
Restricted: Only members with the link can enroll—great for closed groups or invitation-only events.
Only Me: Only you can see the competition. Change this to share it with others.
To update the setting:
Under Choose Who can access this Competition section, set the visibility to either Public or Restricted, depending on your needs.
Click Save to apply the changes.
3. Copy the Competition Link
On the competition preview page, you'll find a Shareable Link. Click to copy it.
You can now send this link via email, post it on social media, or share it in a newsletter or on your organization’s internal channels.
